Scott’s passion for mentoring and coaching began early, working with student leaders at three Ontario universities. Licensed since 2005 and still a registered Broker, Scott has a successful track record as both a sales rep and manager of an award-winning residential brokerage.
With deep industry knowledge, Scott has also served on the senior leadership team of a global real estate franchisor and taught ABR, SRS, and RENE courses across Canada.
He lives in Breslau, near Kitchener, ON, with his wife Carolyn—a teacher and published author—and their two children, Hannah and Jacob. Scott values family, nature, and community, enjoying fishing (he even runs a fishing website) and actively supports volunteerism.
