Nancy Steinhausen
An MBA graduate and results-driven leader, Nancy specializes in helping coaching clients uncover growth opportunities and reach new levels of success in both business and life. She began her real estate career in 1993, following the completion of her MBA in Leadership and Sustainability.
In 1997, Nancy and her husband launched a brokerage that quickly expanded to over 60 agents. For seven years, Nancy managed the brokerage—coaching agents and leading workshops to support their success. When they sold the brokerage in 2004, transitioning into coaching was a natural next step.
An RRI Business Coach for nearly 20 years, Nancy is the epitome of a lifelong learner, passionate about expanding her knowledge to solve complex challenges. Her ongoing growth fuels her commitment to empower the people she serves through insightful coaching.
