Jeanne is a proven sales leader, entrepreneur and performance coach with more than two decades of real estate experience.
A natural leader and top producer from the start, Jeanne became one of Rochester’s leading agents within just two years in the business, quickly moving into a team leader role. In 2000, she built that team into a thriving independent brokerage of 30+ agents. When her company was acquired by the region’s largest brokerage in 2006, Jeanne shifted her focus to talent development—leading the firm’s training academy and later serving as Regional Director.
Jeanne began coaching with RRI in 2004 and, since 2015, has devoted herself to coaching full time. She holds multiple coaching certifications spanning real estate, business, life and relationship coaching, and is known for her ability to combine practical strategy with powerful personal insight.
Jeanne’s coaching style is creative, direct and deeply personal. She helps clients design businesses and lives that actually fit them—on their terms—not force them into someone else’s model. She’s known by her clients as supportive, inspiring and razor sharp.
Outside of coaching, Jeanne is all about energy and joy. She’s a music lover, an avid dancer and a dedicated fitness enthusiast. She also teaches Zumba several times a week. Jeanne lives in Florida with her husband, Tom. She has four grown children and one grandchild.
