Richard Robbins
Co-Founder | CEO

Richard Robbins is no stranger to the fast-paced world of real estate and high-performance sales. A true self-made success story, Robbins was born and raised in a small rural town in Ontario, Canada. At just 24, he began his journey in real estate sales—driven by an unshakable passion for growth, learning, and leadership.
Only four years later, in the midst of one of the most challenging real estate crashes in history, Robbins boldly opened his own brokerage. Through resilience, innovation and a deep commitment to client success, he rose to become one of the top 1% of agents in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Within just three years, his brokerage captured an impressive 12% market share—cementing his reputation as one of Canada’s most dynamic and results-driven real estate professionals.
With Richard’s leadership and guidance, his agents went on to achieve the highest production per agent of any brokerage in their trading area. But what’s most remarkable isn’t the numbers, it’s how he achieved them. At a time when endless hours and constant reactivity defined the industry, Richard chose a different path. Rather than letting his business control his life, he built a highly profitable real estate business that offered true freedom, both in time and income, allowing him to live life on his own terms.
In 1998, Richard and his wife, Sue, took a leap of faith and founded Richard Robbins International (RRI) with a single mission: To help real estate professionals build profitable businesses and lives they love.
Driven by purpose and fuelled by experience, Richard Robbins continues to empower real estate sales professionals and team leaders across North America achieve untold success in business and in life.

Sue Robbins
Co-Founder | President

Sue is a proud mom, wife, grandmother and the Co-Founder and President of RRI, which she launched with her husband Richard more than 26 years ago. As the driving force behind RRI’s culture and standards of excellence, she is known for raising the bar, delivering the unexpected and creating extraordinary client experiences. Her commitment to clients is matched only by her deep loyalty to her team, a group of talented, inspiring professionals she feels privileged to work with every day.
Sue’s real estate career began in 1981 at a high-volume real estate law firm, where she helped close hundreds of real estate transactions each month and gained a deep understanding of the industry from the ground up. Seven years later, she transitioned into mortgages as the in-house mortgage broker at a respected financial advisory firm, strengthening her expertise at the intersection of real estate, finance, and client advice.
Over the last two decades, Sue has invested thousands of hours studying and applying cutting-edge marketing strategies — from content and digital to integrated multi-channel campaigns. Her marketing and brand leadership have been integral to RRI’s exceptional growth and transformation, positioning the company as a trusted, forward-thinking partner in the marketplace.

Jaimie Robbins
VP of Sales & Marketing

Jaimie Robbins is the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Richard Robbins International and has been part of the RRI story since the very beginning in 1998 as the daughter of Richard & Sue Robbins. After graduating from Wilfrid Laurier University, she joined the company full time, quickly establishing herself as a natural leader, gifted salesperson and powerful communicator.
Since 2013, Jaimie has spoken to hundreds of thousands of real estate professionals across the country, helping them identify critical gaps in their businesses and implement practical, proven solutions. Her insight and energy have taken her to the main stage at Masters Academy, into living rooms and offices as co-host of The Richard Robbins Show podcast, and into key member sessions where she leads high-impact conversations on sales, marketing and growth.
Away from the spotlight, Jaimie is a proud mom to two (almost three!) boys and is married to a top-performing REALTOR®. With deep roots in both the industry and the RRI community, Jaimie doesn’t just understand real estate – she lives it.

A devoted member of the RRI team for more than 22 years, Dana Stroud is a cornerstone of the RRI client experience. Known for her relentless compassion, unwavering care and can-do attitude, she ensures every client interaction is not only seamless, but memorable and profoundly positive.

Storm Fletcher
RRI Business Coach, VP Business Development

For over two decades, Storm Fletcher has been a driving force behind Richard Robbins International’s growth as one of Canada’s premier real estate training and coaching organizations. As RRI’s Vice President of Business Development, she leads new business growth on the front lines of innovation, blending her passion for helping others succeed with more than 25 years of experience in personal development and entrepreneurial leadership.

A master of her craft, Storm is known for her powerful communication, dynamic stage presence and deep coaching expertise. She challenges leaders and agents to step beyond their comfort zones, believing that real success is created when you choose growth over complacency and action over excuses.

Whether she’s keynoting industry events, presenting new RRI initiatives, or coaching in small-group and one-on-one settings, Storm consistently earns rave reviews from clients for her insight, energy and ability to turn big ideas into practical, results-driven strategies. Many credit her guidance with sharpening their focus, elevating their performance and transforming both their businesses and their lives.

Gillian McCarthy
Manager, Business Administration

As RRI’s Manager of Business Administration, Gillian is the organizational glue that holds the company together. Overseeing the administration of all RRI coaching programs, she combines impeccable attention to detail with an inspiring personality to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From complex program logistics to day-to-day operations, she creates order, calm and confidence—so coaches can focus on impact and clients experience RRI at its absolute best.

For nearly a decade, Melissa Lai has been a quiet powerhouse at Richard Robbins International, serving in a variety of roles that have given her a deep understanding of the business and the people it serves.
In her current position as Executive Assistant to the Director of Coaching, Melissa is the engine behind the scenes – sharp, fast and deeply committed. She anticipates needs before they arise, keeps complex moving parts aligned, and supports the coaching team with unwavering passion and purpose.
