Known for her honesty and relationship-first approach, she’s built a loyal client base through genuine care and consistent results.
Susan is a sought-after speaker and trainer at the Victoria Real Estate Board, where she shares her insights on building lasting client relationships. Her passion for mentorship led her to focus more on coaching, helping agents understand the responsibility (and joy) of delivering exceptional service.
Deeply committed to the community, Susan has served as President of Habitat for Humanity Victoria, on the Ballet Victoria Board, and on multiple real estate board committees. She also balances her coaching work with her role as CFO for Prime Real Estate Team, one of Victoria’s top-performing teams.
